How We Deliver
Updated: 39 minutes ago

San Francisco Wood Floors' wood flooring travels all over the world. We work with each client to understand their needs in terms of delivery schedule, job site requirements, and delivery needs – whether we are shipping your floor next door or to another country, access our worldwide delivery network to get your San Francisco Wood Floors floor delivered no matter where you are. Use the following information to understand the planning, care, and expertise that goes into the delivery process of your new custom floor.
Scheduling Your Delivery
When you place an order, you will be partnered with a Wood Floor Specialist who will work with you to schedule the right time for your floors to ship. You will have advance notice of your order shipment date, at least 24 hours notice prior to shipping and from the shipping company, who will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment and approximate arrival time frame. For those clients that need delivery on a specific date and/or time, just ask and we can make it happen.
What You Will Need
We will send you or your builder/installer an instruction sheet outlining everything you will need to plan for delivery. We recommend that have multiple people on hand to unload, clean gloves, tin snips, and adequate space at the project to store the wood. This will help ensure the delivery goes as smooth as possible. If you will be unloading the wood by forklift, on site, please let us know.
Help is a Phone Call Away!
We will always be available to assist you with your shipment by phone (908)-232-6600 or by email joe@hugginsflooring.com. Be sure to specify the project you are inquiring about and we will be able to let you know the status of your order including any questions you may have.
